Certified Practitioner Member (Practitioner Level)

Administration Fees:
Document Replacement Fee

A fee of $35.00 will be charged for re-issuing of a membership renewal package, which includes a verification letter, official receipt of annual fee, membership card, and certificate expiry sticker.
