Associate Memberships
Associate Member (Non Practitioner Level)
Student Associate Member
This category is available to full-time fellows, Shiatsu & Holistic Medicine students in recognized Holistic Medicine school training programs who have an interest in Holistic Medicine and the programs of the Academy. No special training or experience is required. However, verification of student status at an appropriate institution is necessary.
Instructor Associate Member
This category is available to anyone who is a JSHMSC’s Certified Practitioner Member and teaches at a school or an educational institution that is recognized by JSHMSC.
Education Associate Member
This category is available to anyone who owns/operates an educational institution that is recognized by JSHMSC, and trains students to be a holistic practitioner.
Submission of a personal history and police report is mandatory.
Administrator Associate Member
This category is available to anyone who owns/operates an institution/center that hires holistic practitioners to operate the business.
Supporting Associate Member
This category is available to anyone who financially supports any activities carried out by JSHMSC, and/or participates in JSHMSC’s charity work.
